Lafayette Jefferson put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Marion Giants, posting a 70-28 victory on the road. Considering the Bronchos have won four games by more than 28 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Leading Lafayette Jefferson to victory were Keyen Crowder and Marquis Adkins. Crowder threw for 213 yards and four touchdowns, while Adkins rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries. Despite the loss, Marion still got an impressive performance from Logan Barnes, who rushed for 148 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries. Barnes really tore up the turf during one magnificent 79-yard run.

Lafayette Jefferson's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-0. As for Marion, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-4.

Lafayette Jefferson didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 45-21 victory against Harrison on the 11th. Marion has also already played their next contest, a 38-7 win against Muncie Central on the 11th.
