Volleyball Recap: Walden Grove Comes Up Short

Walden Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Tucson High Magnet School Badgers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Red Wolves have suffered since April 30, 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-13, 25-15.

Walden Grove now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Tucson High Magnet School, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-6.

Coming up, Walden Grove will head out to challenge Salpointe Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Walden Grove's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Tucson High Magnet School, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Amphitheater on the 26th.
