Football Recap: Brodhead/Juda Comes Up Short

Brodhead/Juda was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the New Glarus Glarner Knights and fell 42-14. The Cardinals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Glarner Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Brodhead/Juda's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for New Glarus, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, Brodhead/Juda will host Prairie du Chien at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for New Glarus, they are taking a road trip to square off against Platteville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Glarner Knights will need to watch out since the Hillmen have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
