Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Chloe King stepped things up a notch to give Riverbend the 'W'. King turned in her biggest game of the season, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

Looking ahead, King and Riverbend will head out on the road to face off against Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
