Bishop Moore posted their biggest win since February 7, 2024 on Thursday. They blew past the Apopka Blue Darters 58-35. The Hornets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Blue Darters, too.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bishop Moore to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lillian Mathis, who made all 5 shots she took to post 11 points in addition to eight rebounds and four blocks. Another player making a difference was Jaiden Peterson, who posted eight points in addition to five assists and three steals.

Bishop Moore's victory bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Apopka, they dropped their record down to 3-8 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Bishop Moore wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 53-46 loss against Windermere Prep on the 4th. Apopka has also already played their next game, a 50-19 defeat against Horizon on the 3rd.
