Galena Park had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Spring Woods on Tuesday. Everything went the Galena Park Yellowjackets' way against the Spring Woods Tigers as the Galena Park Yellowjackets made off with a 10-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Yellowjackets, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Cesar Amador made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in April of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-2.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Hector Arrieta, who went 3-for-4 with two triples, three RBI, and one run. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in triples. Emmanuel Garcia was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Galena Park's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-0. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Spring Woods, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.
