Baseball Recap: Sterlington Picks Up 12th Straight Win on the Road

Weston typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Sterlington proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Wolves. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Wolves: they've now won four in a row.

Sterlington pushed their record up to 24-6 with the win, which was their 12th straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Weston, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-9.
