Berne Union entered their tilt with Grove City Christian on Thursday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 12-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Rockets, who have now won eight games by six runs or more so far this season.

Berne Union pushed their record up to 15-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.7 runs over those games. As for Grove City Christian, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8-1.

Looking ahead, Berne Union will head out to square off against Lancaster at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Grove City Christian, they will host Fisher Catholic at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
