Jordan has gone 4-0 against Morton Ranch recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Jordan Warriors will host the Morton Ranch Mavericks at 1:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Jordan has three straight wins, Morton Ranch has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Jordan's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Mayde Creek. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 17th, while the Rams are ranked 348th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kevin Sanoja and Julius Dzamesi scored both of Jordan's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Meanwhile, Morton Ranch managed to keep up with Katy Taylor until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Morton Ranch came up short against Katy Taylor, falling 3-0.

Morton Ranch's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1. As for Jordan, their win bumped their record up to 5-0-1.

Jordan beat Morton Ranch 3-1 in their previous meeting back in March of 2024. Does Jordan have another victory up their sleeve, or will Morton Ranch turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
