Basketball Game Preview: Pisgah Bears vs. Franklin Panthers

The Pisgah Bears will square off against the Franklin Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Pisgah's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine games.

Last Tuesday, Pisgah took their contest with ease, bagging a 67-37 victory over Smoky Mountain. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Franklin earned a 52-41 win over Tuscola on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Pisgah's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-2. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.3 points per game. As for Franklin, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.
