Volleyball Recap: Parkrose Finds Home Court Redemption Against Benson Tech

There's no place like home for Parkrose, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Benson Tech Astros on Saturday.

Parkrose's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-10. As for Benson Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Parkrose didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts on the 22nd. As for Benson Tech, they will take on Roosevelt at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
