After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dana Hills, Edison was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Tesoro Titans 3-2. This was payback for the Chargers, who suffered a 2-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Edison took Tesoro into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 27-25, 23-25, 24-26, 15-10.

Edison's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Tesoro, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Coming up, Edison will take on Crean Lutheran at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Saints will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Chargers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Tesoro, they will square off against Corona del Mar at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
