ARIEL PUENTE posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out 13 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk). The dominant performance also gave her a new career-low in walks (one).
