Soccer Game Preview: Thomas Jefferson School vs. Crosspoint Christian

The Thomas Jefferson School Titan will challenge Crosspoint Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

After dropping their season opener at home, Crosspoint Christian is headed out to face a Thomas Jefferson School squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Thomas Jefferson School fell just short of Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis by a score of 3-2 on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Crosspoint Christian waltzed into their game on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let Varsity Opponent get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Crosspoint Christian, who have now won four matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Varsity Opponent from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Rebekah Petry led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Thomas Jefferson School suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Crosspoint Christian when the teams last played back in April of 2022. Can the Titan avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
