1A Nisqually - Division 2 recap November 5, 2013

Chimacum fell to Bellevue Christian 56-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Drew Yackulic was a bright spot for the Cowboys, as he ran for 27 yards in the loss.

Chimacum made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,924 from 13,541. The improvement was largely due to a 56-0 victory over Shawn Meacham's team last week.

Henry Cheney provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Charles Wright fell to Cascade Christian. He completed 14 passes for 217 yards and also ran for 31 yards. Cheney's favorite target this week was Sean Gorman, who caught 2 passes for 76 yards.

Taylor Roelofs and Lionel Hampton gave Life Christian Academy a balanced attack in passing and rushing last week. Roelofs threw for 167 yards and 1 touchdown, while Hampton ran for 61 yards. Teammate Roelofs added to the ground attack by rushing for 36 yards.

Leading 1A Nisqually - Division 2 in both passing and receiving yards, the Tarriers' Cheney and Andrew Williams have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-0 quarterback Cheney has thrown for 989 yards this season, while Williams has 33 catches for 404 yards. Andrew Rickman from Cedar Park Christian leads the league in rushing with 1,154 yards.

The Eagles led the league in points allowed with 17.
