Soccer Recap: Chaparral Comes Up Short

Chaparral's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 6-1 to the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs.

Chaparral's goal came courtesy of Noah Reese, who's now up to two this season.

Chaparral now has a losing record at 1-2-1. As for Sunrise Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chaparral will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Highland at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. Sunrise Mountain will take on Youngker in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
