Baseball Game Preview: St. Croix Falls Saints vs. Unity Eagles

The St. Croix Falls Saints will venture away from home to challenge the Unity Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Croix Falls knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Unity likes a good challenge.

On Monday, St. Croix Falls got the win against Osceola by a conclusive 11-3. The Saints haven't had any issues with the Chieftains recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, after soaring to ten runs the game before, Unity was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to St. Croix Falls. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 11, 2017, but that streak is no more.

St. Croix Falls' victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Unity, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

St. Croix Falls got the 'W' in their previous matchup on Saturday against Unity by a conclusive 10-0 score. Will the Saints repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
