Chincoteague wins going away against Salisbury Christian

Recap: Chincoteague Ponies vs. Salisbury Christian
Even though Salisbury Christian scored an imposing 60 points on Thursday, the Chincoteague Ponies still came out on top. Chincoteague strolled past Salisbury Christian with points to spare, taking the game 74-60. The win made it back-to-back wins for Chincoteague.
Chincoteague got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Harper out in front who scored 27 points along with 5 assists and 3 steals. The contest was Harper's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Harper, who scored 19 points.
The victory got Chincoteague back to even at 2-2. As for Salisbury Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chincoteague will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Holly Grove Christian at 7:00 p.m. on December 13th. As for Salisbury Christian, they will take on Greenwood Mennonite at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Greenwood Mennonite focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Monday.
