Bluffton typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Gatlinburg-Pittman proved too difficult a challenge. Their defense stepped up to hand the Bobcats a 4-0 shutout. Gatlinburg-Pittman might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by four goals or more this season.

Gatlinburg-Pittman's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those three contests. As for Bluffton, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gatlinburg-Pittman will head out to face off against May River at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Bluffton, they will venture away from home to square off against Beaufort at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
