Soccer Recap: Marshall Takes a Loss

Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Denfeld Hunters. That's two games in a row now that Marshall have lost by exactly two goals.

Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1. As for Denfeld, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Looking ahead, Marshall will square off against Esko at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Denfeld, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Columbia Heights at 5:00 p.m.
