The biggest upset of the week belonged to Heritage, who took down 119th ranked Deer Valley, 24-21.

The Patriots moved up to 308 from 360 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Bay Valley. Heritage was able to make move up by besting the Wolverines 24-21.

Deer Valley's dynamic duo of Simba Webster and Deon Pruitt proved tough for Jeff Haagenson's team to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Webster threw for 151 yards and two touchdowns and Pruitt had 123 yards receiving. Nzuzi Webster helped Deer Valley's passing attack out by catching one ball for 12 yards.

JAMAL LOCKETT was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 284 yards on 14 carries as Pittsburg lost to the Patriots. Craijon Menefee also contributed to the rushing game with 35 yards on the ground.

6-foot-0 quarterback Webster of the Wolverines is the league leader in passing yards this season with 2056. He has also thrown 25 touchdowns. On the ground, the Pirates' LOCKETT has rushed for 1272 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Darrell Daniels. The Freedom star has 37 catches for 687 yards.

Freedom's Dante Mayes is within 169 passing yards of surpassing 2,000 on the season coming into this week's game against Berkeley. So far this year, Mayes has thrown for 1831 yards with 17 touchdowns and four interceptions.

The Falcons extended the longest winning streak in Bay Valley this week by beating Liberty, 41-0. The win marks seventh in a row for the Freedom.
