Softball Recap: East Valley Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

While East Valley's victory against West Valley wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Knights skirted past the Eagles 11-9. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 14-6 victory back in April.

East Valley pushed their record up to 13-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 24.0 runs over those games. As for West Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. East Valley will take on rival Pullman at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, West Valley is set to face off against their familiar foe Clarkston at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
