Softball Recap: Uintah Utes vs. Timpanogos Timberwolves
It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Uintah ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Timpanogos Timberwolves by a score of 6-2. The Utes have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Timberwolves, too.

Lynlee Hall was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over eight innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off eight hits (and only one walk). Hall was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with two doubles and two RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high.
Hall wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Sophia Pope, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.
Uintah is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.
