Elijah Little Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Thunderbird got the W thanks in part to Elijah Little playing the best football he has all season. Little rushed for 283 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.9 yards per carry. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 198 rushing yards.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Thunderbird, bringing their record for this year to 10-1. Little and Thunderbird are taking a road trip to take on Mica Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Nash Ott Dazzles in Yuma Catholic Win
Yuma Catholic picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Nash Ott. Ott did his part (and then some), throwing for 339 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per attempt, and also punching in a rushing score for the 'W'. He has been hot , having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last seven times he's played.
Yuma Catholic pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Ott and Yuma Catholic will play host again on Friday to welcome Walden Grove, where kickoff is scheduled at 7:00 p.m.

Sir Stokes and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Sir Stokes was instrumental in extending Yuma Catholic's winning streak to six on Friday. Stokes was unstoppable, picking up 208 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
