Football Recap: Terrebonne Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Destrehan

Terrebonne faced Destrehan in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Tigers took a 41-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The contest was a 21-21 toss-up at halftime, but the Tigers couldn't quite close it out.

Despite the loss, Terrebonne still got an impressive performance from Quincy Adams, who rushed for 181 yards and three TDs. Adams is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Terrebonne fell to 5-1. As for Destrehan, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

The Wildcats will be up against the Braves' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34.6 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
