Baseball Recap: Folsom Bulldogs vs. Rocklin Thunder

Folsom had lost three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 8-15 to make it four. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rocklin Thunder. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Bulldogs couldn't push the score so high this time.

Folsom saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Angelo Orozco, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double. That double marked the first that Orozco has hit this season.

As for Rocklin, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games.
