Baseball Recap: Lewis County Comes Up Short

Lewis County lost to Buckhannon-Upshur back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Minutemen fell 8-3 to the Bucaneers.

Lewis County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joel Good, who went 1-for-4 with one RBI.

Lewis County's loss dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Buckhannon-Upshur, they moved to 12-9 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Coming up, Lewis County will host Trinity Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Buckhannon-Upshur, they will venture away from home to take on Herbert Hoover at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
