Recap: Hickory Red Tornadoes vs. North Lincoln Knights        
        
		
            
 It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Hickory Red Tornadoes had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They took their  game at home  with ease, bagging a  88-46 victory over the Knights. The  win was just business As usual For Hickory, who after 29 games remain undefeated  this season.
 Hickory's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Jordan Lineberger, who  scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jay Powell, who  scored 14 points.
 Despite the loss, North Lincoln still got an impressive performance from   Kellen Karr, who  dropped  a double-double on ten points and 11  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Ty Sanders, who  scored six points along with five  rebounds.
 Hickory's victory was  their 15th straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 29-0. They've been dominating during the  games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 30 points. As for North Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-7.
 Hickory has the luxury  of staying home another  game and will welcome Piedmont at 7:00  p.m.  on March 5th. Hickory knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 17 games -- so hopefully Piedmont likes a good challenge. North Lincoln does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
