Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Corvian Community challenged Langtree Charter Academy two weeks ago. The Cardinals put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 13-0 victory. That looming 13-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Corvian Community yet this season.

Corvian Community's win bumped their record up to 6-9-1. As for Mountain Island Charter, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-5.

Everything went Mountain Island Charter's way against Corvian Community in their previous meeting back in March, as Mountain Island Charter made off with a 6-0 win.
