Basketball Recap: Griggs County Central/Midkota Comes Up Short

Griggs County Central/Midkota was the 48-38 winner over Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Griggs County Central/Midkota Cougars were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 58-57 to Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie]. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Griggs County Central/Midkota's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie], the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-10.

As of now, neither Griggs County Central/Midkota nor Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] have any future games scheduled.
