Basketball Recap: St. James Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

Carolina Forest typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday St. James proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 64-55 victory over the Carolina Forest Panthers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 70-43 back in January.

Despite the loss, Carolina Forest still got an impressive performance from Nick Zincone, who posted 17 points and seven steals. The dominant performance gave Zincone a new career-high in steals. JJ Gray was another key player, going 5 of 11 en route to 12 points.

St. James is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Carolina Forest, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5.
