Basketball Recap: Custer County Gets the Win

Custer County won the last time they faced Center and things went their way on Saturday too. The Custer County Bobcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 46-43 victory over the Center Vikings.

Custer County now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Center, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Custer County will face off against Pikes Peak Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pikes Peak Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Custer County likes a good challenge. As for Center, they will square off against Del Norte at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
