Baseball Recap: Notre Dame Victorious

Notre Dame barely beat Adirondack the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Jugglers were the clear victors by a 12-6 margin over the Wildcats on Wednesday. The Jugglers have beaten the Wildcats the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Wildcats has come to flipping the script.

Andrew Guidera was a standout: he went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Owen Bougourd was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Notre Dame's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Adirondack, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
