It was a good run, but Holly Pond unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 60-42 bruising from the Good Hope Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Broncos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 287th, while the Raiders are ranked 116th).

Holly Pond's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Good Hope, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-6.
