Frederick has gone 10-0 against Tuscarora recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Frederick Cadets will square off against the Tuscarora Titans. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Frederick has six straight wins, Tuscarora has nine straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Frederick's tournament run continued when they took on Severna Park on Saturday. Frederick managed a 39-35 victory over Severna Park. Given the Cadets' advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland basketball rankings (they are ranked 35th, while the Falcons are ranked 97th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Tuscarora scored the most points they've had this season two weeks ago, but it wasn't enough. They fell 54-42 to South Hagerstown.

Frederick's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Tuscarora, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Everything came up roses for Frederick against Tuscarora in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 65-31 victory. Will Frederick repeat their success, or does Tuscarora have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
