Soccer Game Preview: Killeen vs. Bryan

Killeen is 0-5 against Bryan since January of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Killeen Kangaroos will welcome the Bryan Vikings at 7:15 p.m.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Killeen's offense. They came up short against Midway on Tuesday, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, the Kangaroos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 627th, while the Panthers are ranked 270th).

Meanwhile, Bryan waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Panthers.

Susana Martinez and Heather Gonzalez scored both of Bryan's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Killeen and nudges their season record down to 2-10. As for Bryan, their win bumped their record up to 9-1-2.
