After a string of three wins, Stephenson's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell to the North Clayton Eagles 61-56.

Dallas Fisher was nothing short of spectacular for North Clayton: he went 9 for 13 on his way to 23 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaquavius Cox, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 16 boards.

Stephenson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for North Clayton, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 7-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stephenson will venture away from home to face off against Stone Mountain at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Stephenson knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Stone Mountain likes a good challenge. As for North Clayton, they will head out to take on Cedar Grove at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Cedar Grove will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something North Clayton surely won't give up without a fight.
