LBJ Austin extended their postseason success on Friday against La Feria. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 43-42 victory over the La Feria Lions. The win was familiar territory for the Jaguars, who have now won 16 games in a row.

LBJ Austin's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ja shawn Waters, who posted 14 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cauande Neves, who had five points and seven boards.

LBJ Austin's victory bumped their record up to 24-13. As for La Feria, they moved to 26-8 with that defeat, which also ended their 15-game winning streak.

Coming up, LBJ Austin will challenge Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Washington knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 16 matches -- so hopefully LBJ Austin likes a good challenge.
