Soccer Recap: East Central Comes Up Short

East Central and Florence squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but East Central had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Florence Eagles by a score of 2-1. The Hornets have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

East Central's loss dropped their record down to 16-5-1. As for Florence, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

As of now, neither East Central nor Florence have any future games scheduled.
