Volleyball Recap: The Habersham School Wins Going Away Against Trinity Christian

The Habersham School had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Trinity Christian on Friday. The Patriots were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Trinity Christian. The Patriots have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Trinity Christian, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant The Habersham School was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-8, 25-9.

Betsy Kelly had an outrageously good game as she had ten aces and five digs. Those ten aces gave her a new career-high.

Kelly wasn't the only good server: The Habersham School was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 29 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in seven consecutive matchups.

The Habersham School's record now sits at 11-4. As for Trinity Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
