Meanwhile, Central won against Starr's Mill on October 3rd with 49 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Lions beat Harris County by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 49-7. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by 37 points or more this season.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Griffin, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.
