Baseball Recap: Seattle Academy Takes a Loss

Seattle Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 5-2 to the Roosevelt Roughriders. The Cardinals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Roughriders earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Seattle Academy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was William Hendry, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

Seattle Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Roosevelt, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-14.

As of now, neither Seattle Academy nor the Roughriders have any future games scheduled.
