Scranton and North Pocono are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Knights will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Scranton has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight losses, while North Pocono will come in with eight straight victories.

Scranton is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Wallenpaupack Area on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Knights had to suffer through a 35-7 loss at the hands of the Buckhorns. That's two games in a row now that the Knights have lost by exactly 28 points.

Meanwhile, North Pocono hadn't done well against Valley View recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Trojans simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cougars 42-10. Considering the Trojans have won five contests by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

North Pocono's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Scranton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
