Basketball Recap: Harlan Hawks vs. Marshall Rams
Harlan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 47-41 heartbreaker at the hands of the Marshall Rams. The Hawks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rams earlier this season, when they won 55-41.
Despite the loss, Harlan still got an impressive performance from Jaliyah Graham, who went 5 for 9 en route to 14 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Jazelle Scott, who posted 13 points.
