Softball Recap: Charlton County Indians vs. Brantley County Herons
Charlton County lost a close one when they played last Thursday but unfortunately for them the loss they were handed on Saturday was a bit more commanding. They lost 11-3 to the Brantley County Herons. The Indians have struggled against the Herons recently, as their matchup on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Karleigh Crews was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.
Charlton County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
Charlton County will venture away from home to face off against Ware County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Brantley County, they will host Brunswick at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
