Basketball Recap: Michigan City Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

On Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, the Michigan City Wolves beat the Elkhart Lions 66-61. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolves.

Michigan City's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Terrance Mccray, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 16 points. Another player making a difference was Taquerion Vanburen, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds.

Michigan City smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in four consecutive matches.
