Soccer Recap: Amador Valley Comes Up Short

Amador Valley lost against Berkeley back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Amador Valley Dons fell just short of the Berkeley Yellowjackets by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Dons have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Nader Hanna, which was the first he's scored this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Amador Valley and nudges their season record down to 3-5-3. As for Berkeley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3-1.

Amador Valley wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Livermore on the 14th. As for Berkeley, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 7-0 victory against Arroyo on the 15th.
