Game recap: Failed two-point conversion the difference as South Tahoe defeats Dayton

Two missed two-point conversions cost Dayton (Nev.) as it fell 37-36 to South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, Calif.).

The Vikings were up 31-20 at the half after taking the lead on a kick return in the second quarter.

South Tahoe saw its 11-point halftime lead fall to nine entering the fourth.

The Dust Devils' Taryn Aguilera played well. The junior tight end ran for three touchdowns.



The victory is a complete turnaround from last season's game between these two teams, which Dayton took, 49-20.

Dayton (1-4) will play a IA Northern game against Wooster next week, while South Tahoe (2-4) will take on Elko also in a IA Northern game.
