Basketball Recap: Berkley Picks Up Fourth Straight Win at Home

Berkley had won three straight home games and Caleigh Tracey did her part to make it four on Friday. The Berkley Bears secured a 31-27 W over the Adams Highlanders thanks in part to Tracey, who posted six points in addition to 16 boards and five blocks. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in blocks.

Another player making a difference was Madi Bonsall, who had six points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 13 games she's played dating back to last season.

Berkley's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Adams, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-3.

Berkley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 63-35 loss against Heritage on the 7th. As for Adams, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 38-36 defeat against Troy on the 6th.
