Basketball Recap: Therrell Takes a Loss

Therrell lost against Lovett last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Therrell Panthers came up short against the Lovett Lions, falling 63-38. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Therrell's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Lovett, their record now sits at 14-8.

Therrell will challenge Holy Innocents Episcopal at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Holy Innocents Episcopal will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Therrell surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lovett, they and Washington will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Lovett is facing Washington at the right time seeing as Washington is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
